There is always room for improvement - but on the whole I should like to thank PAH for the care I received. Given the superb treatment of me by Mr.Dennis Kosuge, my surgeon, I have no complaints.

I have had several surgeries at the hospital and always found staff attentive and friendly, a clean environment and meals very acceptable.
My only negative would be the time it takes to release patients on their y of release. Doctors are invariably tied up and have to delay the release paperwork.

I was down for an operation later in the year but due to cancellations because of covid 19, I was fast tracked with a pre op appointment and had my operation the day before lock down. Hospital staff were very good and worked very well especially under threat of covid 19. Very impressed with the professionalism of everybody.

I am so grateful to Harlow hospital. Over the years I have had 4 children there as well as operations for a knee replacement and toe operation. I have been in A and E for bouts of asthma and suspected pulmonary embolism. I have always been treated with the greatest respect and kindness. Doctors, nurses and other staff have all be very professional and helpful. I cannot thank them all enough for everything they have done for me.

Both members of the nursing team who were in attendance at my treatment were very caring and professional. They explained their role (one training, one observing) and made sure I was comfortable with that. They checked my details, asked whether I had any questions and put me get much at ease.
The building location (14) was easy to find and clean and tidy.
Parking spaces were plentiful (this was a Sunday appt) but I do think that the parking companies being used are a rip off. I really don’t mind paying for parking, but perhaps a nominal fee on a Sunday? In general, the tariffs are too high and most places such as car parks like Water Gardens or shopping car parks have a nominal Sunday fee of 50p all day. I’d suggest that the Alexandra consider a similar scale of charges
